2. Our Services

PetMasti provides food and tiffin related services, whichmay include daily tiffin, home-style meals, lunch and dinner, healthy andbalanced meal options, custom meal options, regular meal plans, and food supplyfor homes, hospitals, hostels, libraries, offices, parties and events, subjectto availability and service area.

Service availability, menus, plans, delivery areas, pricesand timings may vary and may be updated from time to time.

3. Orders and Booking

Customers are responsible for providing accurate name,mobile number, delivery address, order details and other information requiredto fulfil the order.

An online order or service request is subject to acceptanceand availability. We may contact the customer to confirm or clarify an order.

An order should be considered confirmed only after therequired confirmation/payment process has been completed or otherwise acceptedby PetMasti.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change. Theapplicable price at the time of confirmed booking/order will generally apply.

Where applicable, taxes, delivery charges or other clearlydisclosed charges may be added to the order amount.

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or anotherauthorised payment service provider. PetMasti does not store customers'complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password or otherpayment-instrument credentials on its own servers.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the communicated or selecteddelivery window, subject to traffic, weather, operational conditions,service-area limitations and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers should provide a correct and accessible deliveryaddress and be reasonably available to receive the order.

Any delivery-specific policy published on the website willform part of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Food, Menu and Availability

Food items, ingredients, presentation and availability mayvary depending on season, supply and operational requirements.

Images on the website or promotional material are forrepresentation and may not always exactly match the delivered portion orpresentation.

Customers should inform PetMasti in advance about relevantfood preferences or known dietary requirements. PetMasti does not guaranteethat food is free from any particular allergen unless expressly confirmed inwriting.

7. Tiffin Plans and Subscriptions

Where a customer purchases a recurring or fixed-durationtiffin plan, the applicable plan terms, duration, meal schedule, deliveryschedule and price will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Changes to a plan may be subject to availability andapplicable plan rules.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation, refund and adjustment requests are governed bythe Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the website.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed tothe original payment method used for the transaction, subject topayment-provider processing timelines and applicable law.

PetMasti may review cancellation/refund requests based onthe nature and stage of the order or service.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information and must not usethe website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or misleadingpurposes.

Customers must not attempt to interfere with the website,payment process, ordering system or security mechanisms.

10. Website Content and Intellectual Property

PetMasti, Resk Enterprises or its licensors retainapplicable rights in the website content, branding, logos, text, graphics,photographs and other materials unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not reproduce, modify, distribute orcommercially use protected content without prior written permission, exceptwhere permitted by law.

11. Third-Party Services and Payment Gateway

Payment processing may be provided by third-party paymentservice providers such as Razorpay. Such providers may have their own terms andprivacy policies.

Any payment-gateway related processing is subject to theapplicable terms of the payment provider. Disputes concerning the food/servicesupplied by PetMasti remain between PetMasti/Resk Enterprises and the customer,subject to applicable law.

12. Service Changes and Force Majeure

PetMasti may modify, suspend or discontinue a service, menu,plan, delivery area or website feature where reasonably necessary.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by eventsbeyond reasonable control, including natural events, severe weather, trafficdisruption, government restrictions, technical failures or other operationalemergencies.

13. Disclaimer

PetMasti will take reasonable care in providing itsservices, but service availability and delivery times may be affected bycircumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedythat cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PetMasti/ReskEnterprises will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arisingfrom use of the website or services. This does not exclude liability thatcannot legally be excluded.
